Most of my oil paintings are painted in the studio, some are "Plein Air,' I find in the studio I can let my imagination run. The paint texture is as important to me as the colors and subject.
Unless arranged before hand all oil paintings are sold unframed.
Pastels are an immediate medium, the most direct of the painting mediums, one is apart of the medium as one works. There is no set up time, one can sit and work and be engulfed by the surroundings. Most all of my pastels are done 'En Plein Air'.
Unless arranged before hand all pastels are sold unframed, they will be matted for protection.
